Decide a Date, a Time-Frame, and a Moving Plan.

On Move Day!

Coordinators.

Place a coordinator in the new office building on relocation day.  Your committee will maybe have just recommended this individual for you! The coordinator’s role will be to help the removalists as they show up, ensuring that they have a connection to all areas required and pointing them the correct way.


Nice to do!

Make personalized desk labels for your staff with their photograph, name, and occupation title. This will be very welcoming to your staff!  Also, more pleasant than simply having a number to label them.

Create welcome signs and directions for employees on the new campus!  Show them the best way to get around, where the toilets and kitchen area are and give some information about the local amenities – cafes, petrol stations, etc.
